OUTDOOR GROUP TRAINING

Outdoor training is a great fun way to get fit, lose weight and tone up. By training in a group with other people who have similar goals not only makes it more affordable but you are able to train more often so that you can achieve your goals faster. Working out in fresh open air and sunlight also helps to decrease stress, fights depression and builds Vitamin D for bone strength. Small group training is a functional workout program designed by a personal trainer with the goal to increase muscle tone, muscle strength, cardiovascular fitness and core strength. Exercises are explained and monitored for technique and safety.  Workouts vary every time for maximum results in minimum time and different exercise variations are offered according to the individuals fitness levels.  All sessions run for 50mins to an hour and include warm up, training and a cool down.

CARDIO

Cardio training is all about improving your cardiovascular fitness so that you are fitter, better able to control your weight, go faster for longer, improve bone and muscle density and feel fantastic. We want you to be able to do anything that you put your mind to.  When doing cardio you can still move at your own pace.  We will use a large variety of training to help keep you moving and most importantly improving. 

BOXING

Boxing is a fantastic class, it has a cardio base but includes some toning components. One of the great things about a boxing class is that we use both upper and lower body muscles so you get more of the body moving, expend a great deal of energy, and burn off some stress. It is great fun and no prior boxing experience is required. 

TITLE

HIIT

This type of training works through a series of fast moving, short but intense intervals to build cardio fitness, burn fat and build muscle. The magic of high intensity interval training (or HIIT, for short) is that it keeps your body burning fat even after you leave the gym. 

CIRCUIT TRAINING

Our circuit training combines resistance training with high intensity cardiovascular training. We use training tools like kettlebells, medicine balls, battle ropes, resistance bands, dumbbells and agility ladders. It is great fun and no prior circuit training experience is required.This versatile session is a fantastic way to build more strength and muscle tone without the boring gym weight training sessions. 

PILATES

Pilates works on strengthening and toning the entire body.  It is one of the most effective forms of exercise to change body shape and tone up because it targets all of the muscles in the body.  It increases core stability, improves muscle elasticity, joint mobility and helps to correct posture through strengthening the postural muscles and correcting any muscle imbalances.  Correct muscle activation and control is the focus.

TABATA TRAINING

Tabata training is a high-intensity interval training regimen that produces remarkable results.

Work at maximum intensity for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds and repeat for a set amount of time.

These workouts are fast paced and burn up tons

of calories.
