NEXT PROGRAM STARTS MON 20 APRIL 2020

The KTFiT REBOOT PROGRAM is a 6-week exercise, nutrition and mindset training program designed to reboot your body and to help you be the best version of yourself. 

The program is about developing an understanding how food and exercise affects your weight, mood and health.  We want to help you develop key habits to ensure that you reach your long-term health & fitness goals.

 

Our aim is that by the end of the challenge you will not only look and feel better, but you will learn how to stay that way for life!

 

What's included in the Program

Nutrition and Mindset Seminar

The program kicks off with our nutrition and mindset seminar.  The aim of my seminar is to eliminate any confusion surrounding good nutrition as well as give you useful and practical information that will transform your approach and mindset to a healthier you and put you on the right path to achieving your goals sooner. The seminar also gives you the opportunity to ask as many questions as you like about exercise and healthy eating.  The seminar will take place on Saturday, 6th July at 9.30am at Syndal South Primary

Nutrition Information Pack, Goal Setting Guide and Sample Meal Plans

You will receive our Nutrition Information Pack, our Goal Setting Guide and sample meal ideas to help you on your journey. We want to educate and empower you to make your own healthy food choices and to form healthy habits so that you can maintain this long term.   We provide you with the tools so that you can make healthy food choices to suit you, your family and your lifestyle.

Food and exercise diary and Goal Setting

We have found this tool to be one of the keys to the success of this program. You see the reality is that if you are writing down both what you are eating, how much you are exercising and your goals for the challenge and the future, then you are more likely to have success. 

Unlimited access to GroupFit training sessions

You will love and hate these sessions!!! Each session is different and they are designed to keep your body guessing.  They will help burn excess body fat and strengthen and tone the body.  Each session is designed so that all fitness levels are catered for.  These sessions are a must and we recommend a minimum of 3 a week!

Weekly Home Workouts, Emails and Private Facebook Page

As part of the program you will also receive weekly emails with advice and support to help guide you on your health & fitness journey.  We will cover topics such as Stress and Weight loss, Eating on the go, Sleep and much more.

You will have access to our private Facebook Page where recipes, food facts and support will be provided. 

For those struggling to find time to complete the group training sessions, you will receive weekly workouts that you can do in your own time! 

Pre and Post Weigh-in and Measurements

We offer weigh-in and Measurements which will be conducted at the start of the 6 Week Challenge and at the end of the challenge. 

NB: This is an optional component, you can choose to complete the program with or without the measurements and weigh-in.  It's entirely your choice.

What results can I expect?

During the 6 week program, you can expect to: tone up, lose weight, increase fitness, improve sleep, feel lighter, have more energy and have a better understanding of how food is used as a fuel.  Once you have a better understanding of this you will be able to maintain a healthier lifestyle and be able to sustain it for the long term. 

Who is your coach?

Kirsten Turner, owner of KTFiT is the coach of the 6 week Reboot program. 

When does it start?

The next 6 week Re-boot Program commences Monday, 20 April 2020.

Nutrition seminar is on Saturday 18 April, 2020 @ 9.30am

We offer 2 options for the Reboot program:

  • 6 week Reboot Program for Non Members $279.00

  • 6 week Reboot Program for Current Members $119.00
