PERSONAL TRAINING

Get the most out of your time by training one on one with a personal trainer. Target those areas that you need to and get faster results. Minimum of one session per week, but we suggest that you do two or more.  Every session goes for 50mins to one hour and all equipment is provided.  

We can train at a local park or in the privacy of your own home.
