Before starting KTFit I had not done any type of fitness for more then 7 years! This is my first ever outdoor fitness training and after 12 months I feel the most fit and healthy I ever have (at 40 years of age!)
I was reluctant to join at first, but Kirsten caters for all fitness levels and if there is something that you're not comfortable doing, she'll happily offer alternative choices.
Each class is different, so it does not get dull and repetitive -it keeps it interesting! For once in my life I feel like I'm doing something for myself and I feel good! Thanks Kirst!
